MS. DEEPA BHATTACHARYA

Smti. Bhattacharya was born on 21.06.1980 at Agartala, Tripura and her father Sri. Ranendra Chandra Bhattacharya is a retired school teacher and her mother Smt. Kana Bhattacharya is a home maker. Smti. Bhattacharya completed her schooling from M.T Girls H.S School. Thereafter, she has successfully obtained B.A. Law, L.L.B (Hons) from Tripura Govt. Law Collage in the year 2006 and also obtained LLM from Tripura University (Central University) in 2014. During this period she worked as an Advocate in Gowahati High Court, Agartala Branch. She also served as a guest lecturer of Commercial Law in BBMC Collage, Agartala for one and half year and also served as a guest lecturer of Law of Tripura Govt. Law College & ICFAI University, Agartala. Thereafter she was selected as a sole candidate in the examination of under Secretary of Law, Law Department, Agartala in the year 2015. Thereafter, in the same year she was also selected in Tripura Judicial Service Examination and decided to join the Tripura Judicial Service. She has joined in the Tripura Judicial Service on 08.04.2016 and serving as a Judicial Magistrate 2nd Class-Cum-Civil Judge(Jr. Divn), Kailashahar, Unokoti District till 29.05.2018 having the concurrent charge of Civil Judge(Jr. Divn)-Cum-Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kailashahar as well as Member Secretary of Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee, Kailashahar. She had served as a Judicial Magistrate 1st Class cum Civil Judge (Jr.Divn), under Khowai Judicial District. She also served as Judicial Magistrate 1st Class cum Civil Judge(Jr.Divn), under West Judicial District. Currently, she is posted as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Unakoti Tripura, Unakoti. The charge of the District Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Unakoti District, Kailashahar is also with her.
