MS. SWASTIKA DAS

Smti. Swastika Das joined the Tripura Judicial Service on 06 December 2018. She is presently serving as the Principal Counsellor, Family Court, Kailashahar, Unakoti District, having assumed charge on 03 July 2026.

Born on 05 March 1992, Smti. Das hails from Agartala, Tripura. Throughout her judicial career, she has served in different judicial capacities across the State, acquiring extensive experience in the administration of civil and criminal justice.

In her present assignment, Smti. Das assists the Family Court in facilitating reconciliation and amicable settlement of matrimonial and family disputes, provides counselling to litigating parties, promotes the welfare of children and families, and contributes to the effective administration of family justice in accordance with the provisions of the Family Courts Act.
