After detailed scrutiny & evaluation of all aspects including technical and financial bids, Sulabh Sanitation Mission Foundation, Branch Office Address :- H/O Shri Bimal Choudhury, Ground Floor, Near Agart ala Municipal School, Joynagar, Agartala-799001, Tripura (being the only financially responsive bidder) has been selected as the ‘Successful Bidder’ and the contract is awarded to the said organization i.e. Sulabh Sanitation Mission Foundation to execute the work.

Sealed tenders are invited from professional agencies having modern cleaning method and machinery to ensure better hygiene and usability for sweeping, cleaning all the time of Court Complexes under the Unakoti District Judiciary on Turnkey basis subject to fulfilling of terms and conditions. Preference will be given to Agency having experience to provide services to the Govt. Sector Institutions with higher gradation as per rules.

Sealed tenders are invited from recognized, experienced and eligible service providers for entering into an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the financial year 2025–2026 for computers and peripherals installed at the Kailashahar Court Complex, Unakoti District.

The AMC shall cover comprehensive maintenance of desktop computers, printers, scanners, networking items and other computer peripherals, including preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement of defective parts (excluding consumables, if any), so as to ensure uninterrupted functioning of the systems during the contract period.

The contract shall be valid for a period of one year (2025–2026) and shall be governed by the detailed terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and instructions contained in the office notice bearing the same file number dated 18.12.2025.

Duly sealed tenders must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 07.01.2026 (Wednesday) by 3:00 PM.
Tenders received after the stipulated date and time shall not be entertained.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.

Sealed tenders are invited from recognized, experienced and eligible service providers for entering into an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the financial year 2025–2026 for Online and Offline Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems along with Batteries installed at the Kailashahar Court Complex, Unakoti District.

The AMC shall cover comprehensive maintenance of Online and Offline UPS systems along with Batteries, including periodic inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, fault rectification, battery performance monitoring, and ensuring reliable and uninterrupted power backup support to the court’s IT infrastructure during the contract period.

The contract shall be valid for a period of one year (2025–2026) and shall be governed by the detailed terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and instructions contained in the office notice bearing the same file number dated 18.12.2025.
